About
Erica Honey (MBAMHRM MEmergMgt BSc (Hons) Grad Cert PDev RVN) has been working in the veterinary industry for over 20 years, firstly in private practice as a nurse, then in emergency and critical care for 14 years, leading and managing a large teaching veterinary hospital. During this time, she also worked in Animal Emergency Management, working in state and local animal emergency planning, combining her knowledge of veterinary and emergency management to create her niche.
With the recognition of a deeper purpose and the greater needs of people, animals, and veterinary hospitals, Erica Honey Consulting was created. Erica envisages a veterinary world where people are attuned to their why and are inspired to work together for a just cause, to create resilience for people and animals. A new generation of workplaces where people sustainably love the work they do and are supported to do their best work, through effective leadership, healthy and functional culture, and robust veterinary disaster preparedness.
